To help explain our plans with you we decided to share the bits we love about the Watersedge Café and want to keep, and the bits that we think could do with improving.

The Watersedge team and their friendly welcome The relaxed unpretentious atmosphere. Quality food, with good sized portions. Our customers - you're actually quite a nice bunch and we want to make sure you keep coming back. The take away service hatch for when you need that ice cream NOW! The location. We want to make the most of the view.	Our kitchen is just too small! We hate having to turn customers away when we run out of seating. The chef has the best view not the customers. Our outside seating is tucked around the back of the building. It would be much improved by a sea view. We want to make sure the café is easily accessible to all.

The proposed redevelopment is to create a destination café that takes full advantage of the outstanding views and ensure the capacity is sufficient to meet demand.
